Ihre Aufgabe
  • ganzheitliche Begleitung der organisatorischen Veränderungsprozesse bei der Einführung der Prozessautomatisierung und weitere Digitalisierungsvorhaben
  • Change-Strategien unter Berücksichtigung der Bedürfnisse der Organisation und betroffenen Stakeholder entwickeln
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Konflikt- / Widerstandspotenzialen und Ergreifung von Maßnahmen zur Reduktion
  • Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitenden inkl. Entwicklung von geeigneten Kommunikationsplänen und -instrumenten
  • Unterstützung und Beratung des Managements auf der Führungsebene und in den Fachbereichen im Kontext des Change-Managements
  • ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einem MINT-Studiengang, Digital Business Management, Psychologie, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang mit IT-Bezug
  • mindestens 3 Jahre (Senior-)Berufs-/Projekterfahrungen im Bereich Change-Management oder Organisationsentwicklung mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung, Automatisierung, Software-Entwicklung bzw. anderen IT-Themen
  • mindestens eine dieser Zertifizierungen: PACMP, PMI, APMG, CMC oder Coaching (z. B. Systemisches Coaching, Certified Mediator, Certified Conflict Coach)
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
