Our warehouse teams are the backbone of ROBINSON operations. As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily flow of the warehouse, ensuring that all functions are carried out efficiently and safely.


We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Lead who enjoys working in a physical role in a team setting. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to keep a warehouse flowing smoothly and can motivate others.


What you will do:
  • Ensure a productive, efficient, and safe warehouse environment through the mentorship, coaching, and training of the warehouse team.
  • Organize and assist with the day-to-day activities of the warehouse including the unloading, processing, picking, and shipping of products. You will also be checking incoming products for damage and initiating freight claims.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations.
  • Ensure a commitment to internal and external customer service when interacting with different stakeholders, other departments & different ROBINSON branches.
  • Lead by example, demonstrate high standards, collaborative spirit, and teamwork.
  • Dispatch and coordinate delivery trucks in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized, and equipment is maintained.
  • Be a champion for the ROBINSON SUPPLY Safety Program.
About You:
  • You bring experience as a Warehouse Team Lead or Supervisor, in a similar environment.
  • You possess knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
  • You have excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • You can work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You can lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • You are able to use Inventory Management Systems including RF Guns and Microsoft Outlook.
