Our client is a leading provider in industrial flooring and they are growing steadily YoY. They have been around for decades and have a reputation for putting employees first as they continue on this exciting growth journey.


What will you do?


Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Associate Product Manager to champion their innovative flooring solutions within the commercial sector. If you have a proven track record in building materials or flooring and a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, this is your chance to make a significant impact.


  • Conduct in-depth market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and identify key trends to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Develop compelling value propositions and messaging that highlight the unique benefits and applications of their commercial flooring solutions.
  • Create persuasive marketing materials, including brochures, website content, presentations, and case studies, that resonate with architects, designers, contractors, and end-users.
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, and industry events.
  • Equip the sales team with the tools and resources they need to effectively promote and sell their commercial flooring products.
  • Plan and execute successful product launches, ensuring seamless communication and market penetration.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of brand-building initiatives that enhance their reputation and market presence.


Who are you?


  • MUST HAVE: 3-5 years of experience in product management and marketing, within the flooring or building materials industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies, with a focus on lead generation and sales enablement.
  • Deep understanding of the commercial flooring market, including key trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics is a huge asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can effectively partner with cross-functional teams.
