We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Client Manager to join our team. This role is based in Calgary or Airdrie, Alberta, and will play a critical role in providing high-quality virtual accounting services and advisory support to our clients across Canada.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Virtual Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in a fully digital environment, leveraging cloud-based accounting tools to provide financial guidance, compliance support, and advisory services. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing virtual accounting, tax, and advisory services.

• Prepare and review financial statements, tax filings, and other key financial reports.

• Utilize cloud-based accounting software and automation tools to optimize client financial processes.

• Provide insights and strategic financial advice to help clients optimize their business operations.

• Ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards and tax regulations in a virtual setting.

• Identify opportunities to enhance client financial performance through digital solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless virtual service delivery.


WHAT YOU BRING

• A CPA designation with a minimum of 4 years of public accounting experience.

• Proven ability to manage client relationships in a fully digital environment.

• Proven expertise in accounting software such as Caseware, Jazzit, Keystone, Excel, Taxprep, and QuickBooks Online.

• Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop junior staff.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.

• A client-focused approach and a drive to deliver exceptional service and value.
