What will you do?

  • Collaborate with multiple business lines to identify opportunities and manage risks related to blockchain and digital assets.
  • Analyze the impact of digital assets on portfolios and investment strategies.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in the blockchain and digital assets ecosystem, assessing their implications for RBC.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of RBC’s innovation strategy around blockchain and digital assets.
  • Develop and refine a risk management framework addressing regulatory and other risks specific to blockchain and digital assets.
  • Foster an innovation mindset within the team, navigating the complexities of a rapidly evolving technology and ecosystem.
  • Adopt a flexible approach to a broad set of activities, ensuring agility in response to emerging trends and challenges.
  • Build strong working relationships across business units to drive influence and impact with key stakeholders.

Must-have:

  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks in a financial or regulatory context.
  • Proven track record in strategic thinking and innovation within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple business lines.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in developing and executing innovation strategies in financial services.
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments related to blockchain and digital assets.
