Responsibilities:
  • Manually preparing orders using a printed order form
  • Staging / Shipping orders from stock, scheduling pickups
  • Ensure the accuracy of the orders to be sent (correct quantity)
  • Participates in the physical inventory of warehouse items as instructed
  • Participates in regular cycle counts of inventory items as instructed
  • Compiling inventory records and preparing reports, as needed, and organizing storage of O&D items
  • Monitors inventory to maintain adequate supply of items
  • Compiles order requests from various sources (WMS, EDI)
  • Compiles and completes inventory receiving records and reviews reports for accuracy then reports any discrepancies
  • Ensure that the warehouse is kept in a clean and tidy manner and meets health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the supervisors from the other departments
  • Coordinate with team to help manage inventory levels (cycle counts, etc.)
  • Pick/pack orders and coordinate with logistics to ship them out
  • Receiving materials in our system
  • Act as logistics liaison with vendors and customers
  • Administrative responsibilities such as order and invoice processing
  • Warehouse responsibilities, shipping and receiving, order preparation and other related tasks
Job Types:

From $22.00 per hour
