Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our growing Go-to-Market team. The Marketing & Communications Specialist will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, trust, and advocacy to support our ambitious growth objectives. This role is pivotal in educating insurers, claim adjusters and hosts about Sinistar and the problems we solve.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling and SEO-friendly content for our website, blog, council pages, socials, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to develop content marketing strategies (customer testimonials, case studies, vendor comparisons, etc.)
  • Develop and manage digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, trust and traffic to generate leads across various channels including PPC, SEO, SEM, email, socials, and display advertising.
  • Execute educational and nurturing campaigns to our claims adjusters and hosts to educate across these various channels to promote adoption and engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions that optimize ROI.
  • Source PR opportunities and manage external communications with various channels and outlets (awards, journals, news, speaking engagements, event organizers, etc.)
  • Identify events and manage all logistics including registrations, sponsorships, exhibitions/booths, activations, staffing, etc.
  • Attend events, manage a calendar and track budget expenditures to evaluate the success of each and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and implement new strategies to position Sinistar as a thought leader in the P&C insurance industry.
  • Monitor and conduct community management practices on our socials.


Qualifications:

  • Professionally bilingual in English and French
  • 2-4 years experience in scaling marketing strategies within a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong background in content marketing and SEO.
  • Events marketing experience is a plus.
  • PR & communications experience is a plus.
  • College Diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications or related field. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Linkedin advertising, Google advertising, HubSpot, and Google Business Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, startup environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Spécialiste en Marketing & Communications bilingue (anglais/français), passionné(e) et créatif(ve) pour rejoindre notre équipe de Ventes et Marketing (Go-to-Market) en pleine expansion. Le/la Spécialiste en Marketing & Communications sera responsable d'accroître la notoriété de la marque et la confiance afin de soutenir nos objectifs de croissance ambitieux. Ce poste joue un rôle clé dans l'éducation des assureurs, des experts en sinistres et des hôtes sur Sinistar et les solutions que nous proposons pour résoudre leurs problèmes.


Responsabilités principales:

  • Créer du contenu attrayant et optimisé pour le référencement (SEO) pour notre site web, blog, Centre d’aide, réseaux sociaux et autres supports marketing.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe Go-to-Market pour développer des stratégies de marketing de contenu (témoignages clients, études de cas, comparaisons de fournisseurs, etc.)
  • Développer et gérer des stratégies de marketing digital pour accroître la notoriété de la marque, la confiance et générer des leads à travers divers canaux, y compris PPC, SEO, SEM, courriel, réseaux sociaux et publicité.
  • Exécuter des campagnes éducatives et de fidélisation pour informer les experts en sinistres et les hôtes à travers ces divers canaux afin de promouvoir l’adoption et l’engagement.
  • Analyser les performances des campagnes et les indicateurs clés (KPI) pour prendre des décisions basées sur les données afin d'optimiser le retour sur investissement (ROI).
  • Identifier les opportunités de relations publiques et gérer les communications externes avec divers canaux et médias (prix, journaux, conférences, événements, etc.)
  • Identifier les événements et gérer la logistique, y compris les inscriptions, les commandites, les expositions, les activations, le personnel, etc.
  • Assister aux événements, gérer un calendrier et suivre les dépenses budgétaires pour évaluer le succès de chaque événement et proposer des recommandations d'amélioration.
  • Rester à jour sur les tendances de l'industrie et les meilleures pratiques, et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles stratégies pour positionner Sinistar en tant que leader d'opinion dans l'industrie de l’assurance de dommages.
  • Gérer et participer aux discussions de notre communauté sur nos réseaux sociaux.


Qualifications:

  • Bilingue avec un niveau professionnel en anglais et en français.
  • 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans la mise en œuvre de stratégies marketing dans un environnement startup à forte croissance.
  • Solide expérience en marketing de contenu et SEO.
  • Une expérience dans le marketing événementiel est un atout.
  • Une expérience en relations publiques et communications est un plus.
  • Diplôme collégial en marketing digital, communications ou dans un domaine connexe. Un baccalauréat en commerce, marketing, communications est préférable.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps.
  • Maîtrise de publicités sur LinkedIn, sur Google, HubSpot et Google Business Suite et/ou de Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement de startup rapide et orienté vers le travail d'équipe.
  • Autonome avec une approche axée sur les résultats.
