The Senior Graphic Designer sits within the Global Brand team and will be responsible for working with our regional marketing teams to coordinate, implement, and deliver all design requirements across the business. In this role, you will champion design excellence across the organisation, fostering a strong design culture while providing insights and promoting best practices for the design team. Additionally, you will manage, mentor, and guide a team of Graphic Designers, supporting their professional growth and ensuring the high quality of their work.

This is a full-time, permanent position, that is based out of our office in Toronto on a hybrid basis. We are also open to considering fully remote candidates in Canada, but a preference will be given to candidates in Toronto.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

  1. 5+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer preferably in the travel or related industry.
  2. Demonstrated understanding of typography and layout for marketing collateral, advertising, and editorial production across print and digital publications.
  3. Expert skills in the Adobe CC suite and Figma. Proficient in or willing to learn Premier Pro and After Effects.
  4. A passion for leading a team of designers, strong project management skills, and organisational skills with experience from a similar role.
  5. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively and present/pitch ideas and designs to a wide range of stakeholders.
  6. Comfortable managing multiple projects and tasks from inception to final delivery.
