Marketing Manager
Our client, an innovative B2B technology company, is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to shape and grow the marketing function within a fast-moving, impact-driven company.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to craft compelling marketing materials, launch action plans, and drive brand awareness.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to promote products, services, and brand.
- Drive impactful product marketing strategies, defining product-market fit and executing campaigns.
- Gain deep customer insights through direct conversations, market research, and internal collaboration.
- Create engaging content—blogs, newsletters, social media, and more—working with external agencies and growing the marketing team over time.
- Plan, develop, and execute tradeshows, conferences, and customer-facing events.
- Own trade show product coordination, ensuring seamless execution, including booth elements, swag, and marketing collateral.
- Represent the company at industry events and associations, including potential speaking opportunities.
- Coordinate video production, source materials, and content.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry partners to secure press coverage.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify creative marketing opportunities.
- Manage and maintain the company's presence across relevant social media platforms.
- Create engaging and shareable content for social media posts, articles, press releases, and email newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to optimize content and strategies.

- A results-driven B2B marketing professional with a proven track record of unlocking new opportunities and driving growth.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple projects with energy and passion.
- A strong communicator—equally skilled at crafting messaging for different audiences and presenting with confidence.
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful—comfortable taking initiative, whether strategizing or rolling up their sleeves.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
- Experience in the construction, industrial, or manufacturing technology sector is a plus but not required.
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset but not required.
