You’ll be responsible for: Project Management and Delivery
  • Project Oversight: Overseeing project timeframes and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Ensuring successful project delivery in line with stakeholder expectations.
  • Program Management: Managing the timely sequencing, methodology, and production of staging plans.
Client and Team Management
  • Client and Consultant Management: Overseeing the management of client and consultant teams.
  • Internal and External Collaboration: Partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
Safety and Wellbeing
  • Safety First: Promoting Mace's value of Safety First.
Subject Matter Expertise and Guidance
  • Expert Guidance: Providing subject matter expertise and guidance.
  • Management of Senior Staff: Managing a team of senior managers and ensuring effective team performance.
Strategic and Commercial Responsibilities
  • Strategic Alignment: Aligning project delivery with strategic initiatives.
  • Commercial Activities: Performing non-project related roles as directed by the Senior Leadership Team.
Environmental Responsibility
  • Net Zero Carbon Transition: Working collaboratively towards the goal of net zero carbon transition.
You’ll need to have:
  • Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programs in the aviation sector.
  • Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
You’ll also have:
  • Experience working in the aviation infrastructure sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent industry qualification or chartership.
