General Purpose of the Position: Support the brand by providing operational excellence in the stores and offsite to elevate customer experience and drive store productivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the UPS inbound deliveries monitor to prioritize the daily workload.
  2. Ensure proper organization and accessibility of merchandise.
  3. Be knowledgeable of stock including quantity, how many units are on hand, what is selling and what is not.
  4. Support floor moves and ensure the selling floor is stocked throughout the day.
  5. Conduct price changes and markdowns as necessary.
  6. Maintain stockroom and warehouse organization.
  7. Maintain all in-bound receipts.
  8. Organize supplies.

Operational Excellence:

  1. Audit compliance.
  2. Back of the house and front of house stock organization.
  3. Floor sets support in a timely and accurate manner.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 60 pounds.
  2. Ability to load boxes in and out of delivery truck (offsite only).
  3. Must be able to work effectively under pressure in a high energy and high traffic environment.
  4. Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  5. Standing for extended periods of time.

Skills and Abilities Required:

  1. Willing to work in and promote a team-oriented environment.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to multi-task, results-driven, and flexible to change.

Education and Experience Required:

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the retail industry as a stock associate.
