Job Title: Meeting Room Service Specialist with Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Meeting Room Service Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing and optimizing meeting room setups and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration through Microsoft Teams.
Key Responsibilities- Meeting Room Setup and Maintenance: Configure and maintain meeting room hardware and software, including audiovisual equipment, room scheduling systems, and Microsoft Teams Pro integration.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for meeting room users, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly and effectively.
- Configuring & managing a Microsoft Teams rooms with various OS and Camera technologies.
- Participating in Ticket queue activities as third level support for Audio/Visual issues while mentoring junior/intermediate team members.
- Defining and Maintaining standards for A/V technologies (Boardrooms, Meetings Rooms, Focus Rooms, Digital Signage etc.) by working with 3rd party AV specialist and Hardware vendors.
- Identifying and building recommended process improvements around the usage and deployment of A/V technology.
- Leading Projects such as New Builds, Annual Device lifecycle and Version Control / Patch Management.
- Maintaining Management tools such as Teams Rooms Admin Center, Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro management.
- Participating in Various A/V related Projects.
- Tracking and reporting on A/V roadmap technologies to Sr. IS Executives.
- Collaboration Optimization: Collaborate with IT teams to optimize meeting room setups for efficient and effective communication and collaboration using Microsoft Teams Pro features.
- User Training and Guidance: Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to users on utilizing Microsoft Teams Pro features effectively within meeting room environments.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation of meeting room configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and user guidelines. Generate reports on meeting room utilization and performance as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Teams Pro features and best practices. Implement continuous improvements to enhance meeting room experiences and productivity.
- Proven experience in configuring and maintaining meeting room setups, including audiovisual equipment and room scheduling systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Pro, including advanced knowledge of collaboration features, meeting scheduling, and integration with other productivity tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and support to users.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining documentation and reporting. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Teams Pro or related technologies are a plus.
