The Individual

The successful candidate will

  • Have accounting/book keeping experience
  • Be able to prioritize an extensive and varied work-load and can comfortably multi-task
  • Shows a great deal of individual initiative and enthusiasm
  • Be motivated, organized and reliable
  • Show great attention to detail, accuracy and completeness
  • Be able to work well in a team environment
  • Be proficient in various computer programs with emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Show interest in long term employment

Specifics

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday

  • Manage financial reporting
  • Complete monthly bank reconciliations
  • Complete other administrative and office tasks as needed (tasks may include, but are not limited to: letter writing, mass mailouts, general owner correspondance, etc.)
  • Work with, delegate to, and help build the abilities and knowledge of Junior staff within the office, in a professional manner
  • Experienced applicants with accounting courses and/or experience in the Property Management industry will be given priority consideration
