We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Bar Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

1. Serve all customers in a timely, kind manner
2. Perform all daily duties
3. Train new hires as needed
4. Maintain and count inventory
5. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
7. Handle financial transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling

Qualifications

1. 1-2 years experience in the food industry is required
2. Proficiency in basic math for inventory management and cash handling
3. Knowledge of bartender duties including mixing drinks and serving customers
4. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
5. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
6. Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
7. Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for patrons
