About the Opportunity:

We are a Global provider of leadership, wealth creation education, and personal development programs, and we have an opening for a Sales Leader to join our Team. This opportunity is performance-based and rewards those who are self-starters and motivated by financial, career, and personal success.

Essential Functions and Primary Responsibilities:

  • You will have the option of working full or part-time, although we do require you to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
  • Participate in weekly training calls, most via Zoom.
  • Implement marketing programs and strategies to generate leads. We use the most current social media outlets and provide complete online and live training.
  • Manage your leads using our organization's CRM tools and guide your leads through a structured interview process.
  • Work autonomously, entirely remote using your laptop and phone.
  • Fully adhere to company compliance and excellence guidelines.

Minimum Occupational Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional/business experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently by being self-motivated and disciplined.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Display general computer competency, with some experience in social media applications, or a willingness to learn.
  • Goal-oriented and focused mindset.
  • Coachable and open to receiving training and support to grow and succeed in this role.
  • Have a positive, I-Can I-Will attitude to get up to speed, achieve and overachieve.
