As a Senior Project Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of commercial construction projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure adherence to quality standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential risks to project success.
  • Quality Control: Ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project costs and adjust as needed.
  • Schedule Adherence: Keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is an asset.
  • Minimum 3-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • PMP certification completed or in progress (asset).
