Job Title: EMC Test Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced EMC Test Specialist responsible for performing EMI/EMC qualification tests for Telecom, Military, Aerospace, Commercial, and Defense sectors. You will apply standards such as Mil-Std-461, RTCA DO-160, ISED, FCC, and European CE for accreditation. You will use EMI/EMC test software to measure radiated and conducted emissions and susceptibility, implementing diverse testing methods tailored to these industries.
Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience with EMI/EMC qualification testing
- Experience with test equipment (power meters, spectrum and network analyzers, signal generators, etc.)
Additional Skills and Qualifications
- Electronics Engineering Technologist Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in performing measurements using EMI / EMC test software for Radiated Emissions, Susceptibility and Conducted Emissions
- Knowledge of testing standards for different industries such as telecom, military, aerospace, etc.
- Customer service approach and enjoys working with people
