Our valued public sector client requires an Intermediate Business Analyst to assist in the implementation and in-service support for the delivery of the Future Aircrew Training System.

Background:
This federal government client supports aerospace initiatives and has been mandated to support a major and critical Future Aircrew Training Program. This program aims to develop and implement a new, cohesive training program to replace the existing training systems for pilots and related aircrew roles. The ability to generate sufficient numbers of new aircrew who are trained to standard is fundamental to the employment of aerospace capability. This initiative will focus on the delivery and implementation of future aircrew training system across 3 Canadian locations.

Tasks:
  • Participate in all kick-off meetings for the 3 Canadian base locations to analyze information and timelines derived from meetings against the IM/IT requirements using DOORS, Microsoft Project/Primavera, Microsoft Planner and Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Participate in site inspections at each Canadian base and Disaster recovery, Threat Risk Assessments, and Vulnerability Testing.
  • Participate in System Requirements Review (SRR) for Security Authorization & Accreditation, Information Technology (IT) Contingency Plan, System Architecture, Maintenance and Support, Information Management Procedures, Backup and Restore Procedures, IM/IT Roadmap, and IM/IT Operational Infrastructure Planning.
  • Submit Business Requirements Documents (BRD)s, create and update the RCAF IT Planning web forms and spreadsheets

Must-Haves:
  • Learning Management System (LMS) (3+ years)
  • SCORM or CMI5 (3+ years)
  • IBM Doors or equivalent (2+ years)
  • Secret clearance
