We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Process Engineer with continuous improvement experience to join our Athabasca OSB Division, located in Slave Lake, Alberta. This state-of-the-art facility has the longest continuous press in North America, giving us the ability to produce a diverse range of innovative products for customers around the world.

Qualifications
  1. Post-secondary education in Engineering, Science, or Wood Sciences, or relevant technical experience.
  2. General knowledge of manufacturing processes in OSB preferred.
  3. Proven experience in industrial manufacturing.
  4. Experience with process optimization, data analysis, and trial evaluation.
  5. Strong mechanical aptitude with a ‘hands-on’ focused approach to improvement.
  6. Ability to cooperate with all levels of the organization.
  7. Values driven leadership skills.
  8. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Your Ideal Workday
