Description du poste

Relevant de la direction du service, votre tâche principale en tant que serveur ou serveuse consistera à offrir un excellent service à la clientèle pour le restaurant Kóz.

Tâches et responsabilités :

  • Connaître en profondeur les différents menus de l’établissement;
  • Mettre en valeur les plats, les spécialités et les cocktails;
  • Conseiller la clientèle et prendre les commandes en tenant compte des goûts et des désirs des clients;
  • Effectuer le service des repas et des boissons;
  • Effectuer la mise en place avant et après le service;
  • Établir la facturation et encaisser les additions;
  • Fournir un travail précis et efficace;
  • S’assurer de la propreté du lieu de travail.

Qualifications:

Formation souhaitée

  • Formation en sommellerie (un atout);
  • Formation en mixologie (un atout).

Expérience

  • 3 ans d’expérience en service.

Aptitudes complémentaires

  • Avoir une bonne connaissance des vins, cocktails, scotch et spiritueux;
  • Être passionné de restauration;
  • Aimer travailler en équipe;
  • Être dynamique;
  • Avoir le sens de l’organisation et des priorités;
  • Être apte à travailler sous pression;
  • Avoir une excellente présentation professionnelle;
  • Maitrise de l’anglais et du français à l’oral;
  • Connaissance de Maître D (un atout).
