Location: Nova Scotia, Canada (Remote)
Are you an AI/ML Developer with expertise in Python, SQL, and a passion for revolutionizing the healthcare industry with cutting-edge technology? Join our dynamic team to design, develop, and validate AI/ML solutions that make an impact in US Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and implement machine learning models
- Work closely with AI product managers and business stakeholders to define AI-driven product solutions
- Design and optimize data transformation platforms for machine learning models
- Identify opportunities for transfer learning and dataset improvement
- Develop AI models from scratch, explaining results to non-technical stakeholders
- Apply machine learning algorithms (Classification & Clustering) to solve real-world problems
- Conduct data visualization and exploration to ensure model accuracy and performance
- Supervise and ensure data quality through cleaning and validation
- Build, train, and deploy models in a production environment
- Create APIs and integrate AI models into operational systems
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred)
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in programming for enterprise-level products
- Proficiency in Python, with a strong foundation in statistical platforms such as R, SAS, or MatLab
- 3+ years of project experience in Deep Learning and Machine Learning
- Proven ability to build AI models using Classification & Clustering algorithms
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL, including working with large datasets
- Experience in deploying large-scale solutions in an enterprise environment
- Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management processes such as Claims Filing and Adjudication is a plus
