Vous assurerez la conformité avec les informations contenues dans notre système de gestion et dans les traités légaux. En tant qu’analyste senior, gestion des primes, vous allez valider les informations des cessions au moment des sinistres et procéder au traitement électronique de fichiers cédantes

Responsabilités principales

Gestion des primes

  • Valider les écarts entre les primes reçues et les primes à recevoir
  • Analyser et comparer ces écarts avec les ententes
  • Identifier et analyser les transactions à traiter au système
  • S’assurer que les transactions sont exécutées
  • Faire le suivi pour s’assurer que les changements ont été faits
  • Gérer les clients de notre filiale de Dallas transférés à Montréal

Production et validation des données ORE & ORIC

  • Compléter les vérifications des sinistres (ORIC) et faire le suivi des dossiers en attente (« awaiting premium »)
  • Saisir les traitements électroniques en lots (ORIC)
  • Auto-approbation de $250K et plus de nouvelles affaires et modifications
  • Faire les ajustements manuels au système selon la grille d’autorité approuvée
  • Effectuer les corrections suite aux audits internes et les listes de contrôle

Service à la clientèle

  • Apporter le soutien requis à la clientèle interne et externe
  • Communiquer avec les clients advenant des écarts
  • Effectuer les suivis nécessaires auprès des clients et identifier des solutions appropriées
  • Travailler dans un groupe financier international qui accorde une grande importance au développement de carrière
  • Avoir facilement accès à la haute direction
  • Travailler dans des équipes polyvalentes et dynamiques
