Primary Responsibilities:

  4. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral and sales materials.
  5. Mentor and guide the marketing communications team, fostering growth and development.
  6. Manage the company's digital presence, optimizing for visibility and traffic.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation programs.
  8. Cultivate relationships with industry influencers and media partners.
  9. Plan and execute promotional events and product launches.
  10. Enhance internal and external communication strategies.

Primary Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in leading marketing and communications teams.
  3. Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and guiding teams.
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing principles and data analysis tools.
  5. Creativity and strategic thinking to develop impactful campaigns.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
