Roles and Responsibilities:

•Strong customer service skills, interfaces with customers, end users, partners and associates.

•Willing to work in 24X7 environment

•Ensuring all configurations are following network standards

•Participate in the setup, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation of enterprise-level, mission-critical, network infrastructure components

•Rotating on-call, support queue management, performing network system analysis and reporting.

•Owning and documenting escalated support tickets and service requests through resolution via ServiceNow

•Adaptive, communication, presentation and leadership skills.

•Proactively identifying issues / automations and discussing with Manager to implement the same

•Providing Timely update to all the stakeholders as and when needed
