Reporting to the Vice-President, Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the needs of customers. Your deep understanding of the Canadian market, combined with your exceptional sales skills and strategic approach will be key to your success in this role.


Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the Canadian market.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand clients’ business needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions that drive value and success.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to clients, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communicate market feedback and insights to internal teams to support product development and improvement.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the Canadian market.
  • Strong understanding of cultural, economic, and business dynamics across Canada.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
  • Ability to travel within the Canadian region.

Relevant du vice-président, le représentant des ventes aura la charge d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires, d'établir de solides relations avec les clients et de fournir des solutions sur les besoins des clients. Votre connaissance approfondie du marché canadien, combinée à vos compétences exceptionnelles en matière de vente et à votre approche stratégique, seront les clés de votre succès dans ce rôle.


Les responsabilités principales :

  • Mener des recherches approfondies sur le marché afin d'identifier les clients potentiels et les tendances émergentes sur le marché canadien.
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de vente stratégiques afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente de l'entreprise et d'étendre la portée du marché.
  • Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients existants et potentiels, en étant leur principal point de contact.
  • Comprendre les besoins et les défis commerciaux des clients afin de fournir des solutions sur mesure qui génèrent de la valeur et de la réussite.
  • Diriger le processus de vente, de la prospection à la conclusion des contrats, en veillant à ce que l'expérience du client soit harmonieuse et efficace.
  • Présenter et démontrer les produits/services aux clients, en soulignant leurs avantages et leur compétitivité.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, notamment le marketing, le développement des produits et le support à la clientèle, afin d'assurer l'alignement et d'offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle.
  • Communiquer les informations et les commentaires du marché aux équipes internes afin de soutenir le développement et l'amélioration des produits.
  • Contrôler les indicateurs de performance des ventes et préparer des rapports réguliers pour la direction, en identifiant les domaines d'amélioration et les opportunités de croissance.
  • Analyser les tendances du marché et les activités des concurrents afin d'affiner les stratégies de vente et de conserver un avantage concurrentiel.


Qualifications :

  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans les ventes, avec une réussite démontrée sur le marché canadien.
  • Forte compréhension de la culture, de l'économie et de la dynamique des affaires au Canada.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la négociation, avec la capacité d'établir un rapport et une relation de confiance avec des clients divers.
  • Capacité à voyager dans la région canadienne.
