Full Time Temporary Physical Education Teacher

Evergreen Catholic Separate School Division is seeking a dynamic and experienced Physical Education Teacher for a full-time temporary contract for the 2024-25 school year.

St. Peter the Apostle Catholic High School serves just over 1100 students in Spruce Grove AB. This teaching assignment involves teaching a variety of grade 9 to 12 Phys Ed and Sport Performance courses. The successful candidate will demonstrate a keen interest and passion for teaching Phys Ed across grade levels. Experience teaching high school Phys Ed in an inclusive environment will be an asset for applicants.

The position will commence August 23, 2024 and end February 28, 2025.

Qualifications & Application Process

Qualified applicants are invited to submit and Employment is subject to a clear Criminal and Intervention Record search :

• Detailed portfolio outlining qualifications and supporting document

• Recent pastoral reference

• Verification of qualifications (Alberta Teacher Certificate) and experience

• Verification of Teacher Qualifications Statement (TQS)
