Le rôle proposé :

Relevant du chef de service en fiscalité canadienne, l’analyste en fiscalité canadienne devra agir à titre de partenaire d’affaires en effectuant la conformité fiscale de la principale société canadienne (Société publique). Orienté sur les résultats et capable de s’adapter et de faire preuve de souplesse dans toutes les situations rencontrées, le candidat travaillera au sein d’une équipe dynamique et participera à la conformité fiscale de la société qui lui sera attribuée en la prenant en charge.

Pour ce faire, il/elle devra :

  • Préparer ou réviser des provisions d’impôt;
  • Préparer des déclarations fiscales canadiennes (T2) et les formulaires sous-jacents (T106, T1134, NR4, etc.);
  • Préparer des écritures de journal pour les ajustements book-to-tax, les paiements et les remboursements de taxes;
  • Maîtriser les continuités des postes au bilan des états financiers et comprendre les normes comptables applicables;
  • Participer à la provision d’impôt consolidée : effectuer des analyses de différentes composantes impactant la dépense d’impôt et les comptes d’impôt afin d’offrir une visibilité globale;
  • Supporter l’équipe pour les vérifications fiscales affectant les sociétés canadiennes en préparant les analyses et les sommaires requis pour les vérifications;
  • Surveiller les déclarations fiscales des entreprises, s'assurer que les avis d'imposition ont été analysés et enregistrés dans les livres;
  • Surveiller les modifications des lois et règlements fiscaux applicables touchant les entités du groupe CAE;
  • Effectuer des recherches et des analyses concernant divers dossiers, projets spéciaux et positions fiscales incertaines, capable de présenter des transactions non récurrentes affectant les entreprises et d'expliquer les traitements fiscaux applicables pour minimiser les risques fiscaux;
  • Participer et contribuer aux séances de connaissances techniques internes concernant divers sujets comptables et fiscaux.

Le candidat devra :

  • Détenir un diplôme universitaire en comptabilité;
  • Détenir un minimum de 3-4 années d’expérience en fiscalité corporative et/ou comptabilité;
  • Détenir un titre comptable, un atout;
  • Détenir une maîtrise en fiscalité ou cours spécialisé de fiscalité à l’ICCA, un atout;
  • Avoir une excellente connaissance d’Oracle et HFM, un atout;
  • Être bilingue (français et anglais).
