ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Define production scope and budget impact during ideation phase to provide parameters around campaign development.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to determine project needs and objectives, deliverables, and scheduling.
  • Be accountable for project workbacks while communicating timelines and necessary details to senior stakeholders
  • Be responsible for onsite execution of various creative projects in studio or on-location.
  • Handle production logistics including but not limited to location scouting, permits, licenses, equipment rentals, wardrobe, catering, scheduling, and act as the primary contact for all crew
  • Assist with production related administrative tasks including release forms, budgeting, forecasting, and expense reports
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks to senior stakeholders, troubleshooting any issues that may arise to keep projects on track and within budget
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with the team, providing regular project updates and managing expectations throughout the production process
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, new talent, and best practices to continuously enhance our production processes while optimizing existing practices for efficiency


MUST HAVES

  • 5+ years experience as a producer on in a production department with brand and/or agency experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the creative production process across brand campaigns and e-commerce. Events and experiential considered a plus.
  • Experience managing yearly production budgets, vendor expenses and cost optimization
  • Highly organized with client-facing experience and a solution-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with concurrent projects/deadlines
  • Possess a valid g-class driver's license
  • Willing to work evenings/weekends and travel as projects require
