Here’s what you’ll do:
The architect will work with the team of business, IT, and PO architects to develop the target solution based on the business sector's vision and propose a roadmap that respects the sector's priorities. Subsequently, they will participate in Business evaluation tasks and propose a complete solution to the sector.
Responsibilities:
  1. Contribute to the development of the digital strategy for the business sector.
  2. Design and document the business architecture as part of digital transformation initiatives.
  3. Recommend optimal delivery segmentation and sequencing for these initiatives.
  4. Ensure alignment of initiatives with Movement architecture targets.
  5. Contribute to the development of cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments of opportunities, and proposed business initiatives.
  6. Coordinate the actions of key stakeholders associated with the realization of business architecture mandates.
  7. Advise, support, and influence the organization from a perspective of improvement and innovation.
  8. Lead workshops and ensure leadership on their projects.
  9. Ensure adherence to the scope of work assigned to them.
  10. Ensure alignment with the architecture team in terms of solutions, directions, decisions, and issues.

Desired Profile:
  1. At least 8 years of experience in business architecture.
  2. Experience in large-scale digital projects.
  3. Participation in the feasibility phase of a project to define a target solution.
  4. Autonomous leadership in managing architecture projects.
  5. Conducted and led workshops with business sector personnel.
  6. Client-oriented.
  7. Results-oriented.
  8. Bilingual skills (Fluent in both French and English) required (an advanced level of French & English is required for this position due to interactions with our French & English speaking colleagues).
  9. Knowledge of the Business sector (an asset).
