PROJECT COORDINATOR

3twenty Modular is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team on a full-time permanent basis. This opportunity requires in-person work based in Saskatoon, SK.

What you’ll do:

This position involves providing technical and operational assistance to our team throughout the bidding, design, and construction phases of our projects. The roles and responsibilities include the following:

Develop bid packages and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts
Plan, coordinate and execute building projects
Procurement of materials and coordination of sub-contractors
Manage the building permit process, related paperwork, and reporting
Review and maintain detailed building specification documents
Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs for building materials
Assist team in interpreting and using technical information
Coordinate aspects of quality and safety management programs
Manage project schedules, budgets and change orders
Read and understand construction drawings
Manage project closeout, punch lists, and turn over packages
Develop logistics for building module moves placement and connections

Who you’ll work with:

The Team: You will collaborate closely with our field leadership, designers, and project managers to ensure the successful completion of projects. During the construction phases, you will work closely with our team of carpenters and labourers to bring projects to life.

Collaborators: By forming key relationships with our supply chain and subcontractors, we are able to collaborate on designs that result in high-quality, cost-efficient builds for our customers.

Customers: You will work closely with our customers during all phases of the project. We believe that by applying a collaborative, win-win design-build approach, the construction process can be a fun, positive, and rewarding experience for both our team and our customers.

What you’ll bring:

Post-secondary diploma or degree, ideally in engineering or construction related field
Experience with scheduling software and creating Gantt charts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of provincial and local building codes
Good understanding of building science and construction methodology
A construction background is considered an asset

This opportunity requires in-person work, although we offer a flexible work environment that includes remote work when it makes sense for individuals schedules and our projects.
Flexible schedules We just asked that staff have a consistent start time between 7:30-9:00 am and work an 8-hour day.
