Epic Ambulatory Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory Tower Lead/Manager covering multiple applications. The candidate should have a proven track record in at least one full Epic implementation life cycle.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated experience as a lead in at least one full Epic implementation cycle.
- Ideally, an Ambulatory Certification in Epic.
- Extensive Epic Ambulatory lead and management experience.
- Expertise in coaching new clients on managing teams during an Epic implementation.
- Strong skills in guiding decision-making and managing risks and issues related to the ambulatory suite of applications.
- Proven ability to lead teams in complex environments, including those with bilingual or non-English speaking client counterparts (translation support available).
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues early and escalate as necessary.
- Experience in teaching clients how to effectively lead their teams in this space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate problems and solutions.
- Capability to collaborate seamlessly with and coach the client tower lead, work with clinical SMAs, and mentor analysts.
Logistics:
- Role Duration: 6 months
- Project Location: Quebec
- Travel Expectations: Approximately 20% (once a month to Quebec)
