As a Lead UX Developer, you will create innovative experiences aligned with enterprise design standards to address customer needs and business goals. You will lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality user experiences, translate business strategy into compelling designs, and manage multiple design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative experiences in line with enterprise design standards
  • Lead and motivate teams to deliver quality user experiences
  • Translate business strategy into compelling end-to-end experiences
  • Manage multiple design projects and ensure delivery of high-quality design deliverables
  • Lead design reviews and critiques
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with business, product, and technology partners
  • Advocate for the best client experience and make recommendations to senior management
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks to the client experience
  • Ensure integrated design approach with other business areas and the enterprise
  • Educate business partners on the benefits of Human-Centered Design

Mandatory Skills:

  • 5-7 years of UX Design experience
  • 2+ years leading a design team
  • Proficiency in UX-related software packages: Figma (3+ years), Axure (5 years), Adobe Creative Suite (5 years)

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Oracle Utilities Analytics (OUA) is a plus
