About the Role
On behalf of our client in the Banking industry, Astek Canada is seeking a motivated Technical Analyst ready to take on new challenges.
Your Responsibilities
As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Expertise in storage management experience in large enterprises, designing, building, administering and monitor storage infrastructure solutions and services.
- Conduct research, build solutions, maintain documentation.
- Advanced experience with scripting in Ansible, PowerShell, Python.
- Advanced understanding of Storage Networking concepts: SMB, NFS, object storage.
- Experience with storage systems in an integrated Linux/Unix/Windows environment, preferably with NetApp clustered systems, Data ONTAP OS.
- Hitachi Content Platform, and application data management experience.
- Experience with UNIX and Windows operating systems.
Your Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- 10+ years of storage management experience in Storage technologies.
- 7+ years’ experience with scripting in PowerShell, Python.
- 10+ years of storage management experience in Storage technologies Design, Deploy, Maintain NAS and Object Storage systems, Storage Monitoring applications, and related projects.
Key Skills:
- Leadership prowess when it comes to teams or projects, shares expertise.
- Advanced analytical skills and problem-solving experience.
- Well-honed, in-depth skills and broad knowledge to address complex problems and non-standard situations.
- Certification on NetApp and Hitachi Storage.
