Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Marketing Manager at Great Canadian Oil Change - Multiple Franchise Units. Located in Kelowna, BC, this hybrid role allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple platforms. Tasks include overseeing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, analyzing market trends, coordinating events, and creating content. The Marketing Manager will also collaborate with franchise location managers to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing, including Digital Marketing and Content Marketing
  • Strong skills in Social Media Management and Campaign Management
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis and Trend Analysis
  • Event Coordination and Promotional Material Creation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in the automotive industry or franchised business
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
