As a remote team, you will be working with team members located across the United States, Canada, China, Singapore, and Europe.

What You Will Do:

  • Recruit and Manage Creators:
    • Recruit and manage a portfolio of Spanish-speaking creators in Spanish-speaking markets to enhance user-generated content quantity, quality, and diversity across HoYoverse games.
    • Maintain ongoing relationships with creators and serve as the point of contact for all business-related queries, responding promptly and effectively
    • Develop and deliver educational materials to support creators' growth and engagement.
  • Develop Content Programs:
    • Develop comprehensive gaming content programs that leverage creators' strengths and align with overall business objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute initiatives, programs, and events, including testing new localized opportunities to increase engagement for all creator-related activities and gaming content growth.
  • Campaign Integration:
    • Work with cross-functional teams for effective campaign integration and budget planning, and representing the company in negotiations with creators and their agencies or managers.
    • Manage contracts and track deliverables to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor and Report:
    • Monitor and report on creator campaigns, analyze metrics and provide insights for future activations.
    • Manage creators' day-to-day tasks such as campaign activations, relationship maintenance, and prompt problem-solving.
  • Ensure Compliance:
    • Implement community and content guidelines to ensure compliance and mitigate risks within the creator community.
  • Database Maintenance:
    • Assist in building and maintaining a database of Spanish-speaking content creators for HoYoverse, including project details and historical rates for internal reference.
  • Strategic Initiatives:
    • Stay updated on the gaming landscape, support partner management, and drive strategic initiatives to ensure creators' success and diverse local content for the player community.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
  • Passionate hardcore gamer and a fan of HoYoverse's games (must-have).
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in the gaming industry.
  • Deep understanding of the gaming content landscape and local content partner network.
  • Experience in gaming talent management in North America, EU, and LATAM. Proactive ownership of the entire partner and creator acquisition process: identification, pitching, acquisition, retention, and incentives.
  • Strong collaboration skills. Experience with cross-time zone communication and stakeholder management as this role requires close XFN collaboration with various HoYoverse teams globally.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a player-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using both critical thinking and data for content and creator strategies.
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with business development and content development.

You Will Stand Out If You Have:

  • Strong network in anime and gaming communities.
  • Proficiency in multiple social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, X, Reddit).
  • Business fluency in Mandarin.
  • Content creation experience.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally.
