Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work different shifts, including early mornings and weekends
  • Warm and welcoming personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both in the office and on the store floor
  • Previous experience in grocery, food or retail administration is preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the store
  • Assist with recruitment, orientation and training of new Team Members
  • Daily cash up, reconciliations and bank reports, payroll
  • Printing, sorting, and entering new product information, along with price verification
  • Maintaining promotional signage within the store
  • Inspiring Team Members in creating a Unique Alberta Food Experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Provide a positive customer experience

Position Details:
  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Hinton, Alberta - Hinton Hill Location
  • Wage: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour
