Our company is low on ceremony and process and is really about getting out of your way so you can get stuff done. We have been successfully using an Agile Development Methodology for many years that empowers our Software Engineering Teams to develop and advance our products with maximum efficiency and release frequency.

We are looking for Agile software developers who have demonstrable skills in collaboration and communication, and who can balance feature velocity with high-quality code delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – this is at the top as it is likely the most important qualification
  • Comfortable programming in C++ or Golang
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a desire to work within a highly collaborative, fast-paced team
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality software, with automated monitoring and recovery to minimize extinguish fires before they happen
  • A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent similar experience

Nice to Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in data transfer technologies demonstrated through previous projects
  • 5+ years overall software development experience, including experience building secure software applications
  • Intimate knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP, UDP, HTTP
  • Strong debugging skills
  • Familiarity with cloud storage (AWS, Azure, Google) and or deploying software to the cloud
