Tourmaline Oil Corp. is a Canadian senior crude oil and natural gas exploration and production company. We are focused on long-term growth through an aggressive exploration, development, production, and acquisition program in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.
As a Records Management administrator you will support the daily operations of the Records Management department. This role requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Records Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Key Responsibilities
- Document Organization and Maintenance: Classify, organize, and maintain physical and/or electronic records according to company policies and legal requirements.
- Retention and Disposal Compliance: Ensure records are stored, retained, and disposed of in accordance with Tourmaline’s Records Retention Policy.
- Records Retrieval: Respond to information requests and facilitate secure access to approved documents.
- Ensure the enforcement of policies and procedures as set out in the Records Retention Policy.
- Organization and relocation files and storage boxes to optimize space and accommodate organizational growth.
- Support records management during corporate acquisitions, including document review, integration, and compliance alignment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Oil and Gas sector and/or Records Management is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Office365 is an advantage.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to assisting as needed.
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to respond promptly to queries.
- Capable of lifting up to 40lbs.
