RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES :

L'architecte de solutions prend en charge toutes les phases du cycle de vie des ventes d'ESET, y compris les présentations lors d'événements, les démonstrations de produits, la prise en charge de l'évaluation des produits et la réponse aux appels d'offres et aux demandes de renseignements. Par ailleurs, il est également habilité à jouer un rôle plus important dans la prise en charge et la gestion de son secteur.

  • Le SA, avec une sensibilité commerciale claire, noue des relations fructueuses avec les équipes commerciales d'ESET, les partenaires de distribution d'ESET et les clients principaux en vue de soutenir les objectifs de vente à long terme.
  • Travailler avec les équipes commerciales d'ESET pour développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de croissance des comptes, puis mettre en œuvre des plans de vente de produits et de services.
  • Aider les partenaires du secteur à saisir les opportunités commerciales importantes et les exigences techniques, puis cartographier les exigences identifiées dans des architectures de solutions ESET réalistes. Orienter et recommander les solutions ESET appropriées.
  • Identifier et définir le climat concurrentiel du secteur assigné et veiller au dépassement des obstacles.
  • Participer à l'évaluation trimestrielle des activités et à l'évaluation des clients avec les équipes commerciales du secteur qui lui a été attribué.
  • Fournir un accompagnement aux partenaires commerciaux du réseau afin de développer et décupler leur efficacité dans la vente des solutions ESET.
  • Dispenser des formations et des conseils techniques sur les produits aux équipes commerciales d'ESET, aux partenaires de distribution d'ESET et aux clients d'ESET.
  • Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de comptes désignés pour mobiliser et tirer parti des ressources, des capacités et des budgets de l'entreprise, le cas échéant.
  • Accompagner les prospects et les partenaires tout au long des essais de produits et des démonstrations de faisabilité, illustrer la capacité d'ESET à satisfaire et à dépasser les exigences des clients, et construire des relations positives qui vont au-delà de la transaction initiale.
  • Assurer la formation et le mentorat des collègues du service commercial et de l'Architecte des ventes.
  • Entretenir un environnement de démonstration à jour, fonctionnel et efficace pour toutes les solutions d'ESET et de ses partenaires, y compris des sauvegardes en quantité suffisante pour permettre leur récupération en cas de crise.
  • Développer et fournir des présentations techniques personnalisées et des trousses de démonstrations de vente pour faire connaître la gamme de produits ESET.
  • Rester à la page sur la connaissance des produits ESET, la connaissance de la sécurité dans le secteur et la connaissance des solutions concurrentes afin d'aborder et de chasser les objections des prospects sur les solutions ESET.
  • Faire office d'expert en la matière afin de promouvoir la valeur de la gamme de produits ESET lors de salons professionnels, de séminaires et d'autres événements organisés par l'industrie et les partenaires.
  • Contribuer aux processus des services professionnels d'ESET en identifiant, en définissant le champ d'application et en fournissant des solutions ESET pour assurer la satisfaction des clients.
  • Collaborer avec les services des ventes, du marketing, de l'assistance et du développement en servant de liaison technique entre les services d'ESET, ESET et ses partenaires, ses prospects et ses clients.
  • Faire part au service de développement des produits des modifications apportées à ces derniers en fonction des exigences des clients et du marché, dans le but d'améliorer nos activités et la satisfaction de nos clients.
  • Veiller à la précision du calendrier Outlook et à la mise à jour des notes dans le système de gestion de la relation client pour toutes les activités liées à la vente.
  • Effectuer des déplacements dans les provinces canadiennes assignées.
  • D'autres tâches et projets lui sont confiés.

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES :

Formation : Baccalauréat en informatique ou en ingénierie, ou expérience professionnelle pertinente.

  • Avoir plus de 5 ans dans un rôle d'ingénieur commercial/architecte en contact avec la clientèle, avec de préférence une expérience dans l'industrie des logiciels de sécurité.
  • Posséder d'excellentes capacités de communication. Cela englobe les compétences en rédaction, en expression orale et en présentation.
  • Être bilingue français-anglais.
  • Savoir présenter et articuler des sujets de sécurité complexes à des publics externes divers, y compris à des dirigeants.
  • Avoir de l'expérience dans la réponse aux éléments fonctionnels et techniques des demandes de renseignements et des appels d'offres.
  • Faire preuve d'une attitude positive et d'un esprit d'équipe.
  • Doit être disponible pour travailler en dehors du rythme 8 h-17 h selon les besoins afin de répondre aux demandes du service et de nos clients.
  • Pouvoir se déplacer jusqu'à 25 % du temps, selon les besoins.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Field Solution Architect supports all phases of the ESET Sales lifecycle, including presenting at events, providing product demos, providing product evaluation support, and responding to RFPs/RFIs. However, the field Solution architect is also empowered to take a larger leadership role in the support and management of their territory.

  • The SA, with a clear sales awareness, builds successful relationships with ESET Sales Teams, ESET Channel Partners, and key customers in support of long-term sales objectives.
  • Work with ESET Sales Teams to develop and implement account penetration strategies and then deliver product and service sales plans.
  • Assist territory partners in understanding significant business opportunities and technical requirements then map identified requirements to workable ESET solution architectures. Influence and recommend appropriate ESET solutions.
  • Identify and define the assigned territory's competitive landscape and seek to overcome obstacles.
  • Participate in QBR and customer reviews with assigned territory sales teams.
  • Provide coaching to Channel Sales Partners to develop and increase their selling effectiveness with ESET solutions.
  • Provide technical product training and guidance to the ESET Sales Teams, ESET Channel Partners, and ESET customers.
  • Work with assigned Account Managers to engage and leverage corporate resources, capabilities, and budgets as appropriate.
  • Guide prospects and partners through product trials and proof of concepts, demonstrate ESET's ability to meet and exceed customer requirements, and build positive relationships that go beyond the initial transaction.
  • Train and mentor Sales and Sales Architect peers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date, functional, and effective demo environment for all ESET and ESET Partner solutions, including sufficient back up for disaster recovery purposes.
  • Creation and delivery of custom technical presentations and Sales demo kits for espousing the ESET product line.
  • Stay current with ESET product knowledge, industry security knowledge, and knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively address and dispel prospect objections to ESET solutions.
  • Serve as an evangelizing SME advocating the value of the ESET product line at trade shows, seminars, and other industry and partner events.
  • Support ESET Professional Services processes by identifying, scoping, and delivering ESET solutions to ensure customer success.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Development serving as the technical bridge between ESET departments, ESET and its partners, prospects, and customers.
  • Provide feedback to Product Development regarding product changes as they relate to customer and market requirements to improve our business and our customers' success.
  • Keep an accurate Outlook calendar for scheduling and maintain up-to-date notes in CRM for all sales-related activities.
  • Travel within the assigned Canadian provinces.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer science or Engineering, or relevant on-the-job experience.

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing Sales Engineering/Architect role with security software industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills. This includes writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
  • Bilingual - French and English
  • The ability to present and articulate complex security topics to diverse external audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Experience responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
  • Positive attitude and team-orientated mindset.
  • Must be available to work outside the 8-5 schedule as needed to meet the demands of the department and our customers.
  • Travel up to 25% as required.

ESET is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay starting for this position is $180-$220k OTE. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
