Aperçu du poste :

En tant que conseiller juridique chez ContactPoint360, une entreprise mondiale de BPO, vous serez responsable de la supervision et de la gestion de tous les aspects juridiques de nos opérations. Ce rôle implique la gestion des contrats avec les clients, des accords avec les fournisseurs, des fusions et acquisitions, ainsi que des questions juridiques liées à l'emploi et aux ressources humaines. Vous fournirez des conseils juridiques stratégiques afin d'assurer la conformité avec toutes les lois et réglementations applicables.

Vous êtes responsable de l'ensemble des activités de l'entreprise :

  1. Rédiger, réviser et négocier un large éventail de documents juridiques, y compris les contrats avec les clients et les accords avec les fournisseurs.
  2. Fournir un soutien juridique pour les fusions, les acquisitions et autres transactions d'entreprise.
  3. Fournir des conseils en matière de droit du travail, y compris la rédaction et l'examen des contrats de travail et le traitement des litiges en matière d'emploi.
  4. Veiller au respect de toutes les lois et réglementations pertinentes, tant au niveau national qu'international.
  5. Assurer la liaison avec les conseillers juridiques externes, le cas échéant.
  6. Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise.
  7. Assurer la formation et l'orientation du personnel sur les questions juridiques et de conformité.

Qualifications :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) ou diplôme de droit équivalent.
  • Permis de pratiquer le droit dans la juridiction concernée.
  • Années d'expérience juridique, de préférence dans un environnement d'entreprise ou de BPO.

Compétences :

  • Forte expertise en droit des contrats, en droit des sociétés et en droit du travail.
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de négociation, de communication et de rédaction.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Solides capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Une expérience en matière de droit international et de transactions transfrontalières est un atout.

Exigences supplémentaires :

  • Volonté de voyager selon les besoins.

Job Overview:

As Legal Counsel at ContactPoint360, a global BPO company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all legal aspects of our operations. This role involves handling client contracts, vendor agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and employment and HR legal matters. You will provide strategic legal guidance to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including client contracts and vendor agreements.
  2. Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  3. Advise on employment law, including drafting and reviewing employment contracts and handling employment disputes.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally.
  5. Liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
  7. Provide training and guidance to staff on legal and compliance issues.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate or BPO environment.

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in contract law, corporate law, and employment law.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in international law and cross-border transactions is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in English.
