Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT Programs consisting of multiple projects, developing program strategy, business case, and project plans.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all projects within budget while meeting strategic and business requirements.
  • Integrate and adjust project scope, timing, and budgets as needed to align with business needs.
  • Communicate program strategy, direction, and changes to IT and senior business leadership.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize IT opportunities that align with enterprise goals.
  • Maintain efficiency in project management processes including planning, scheduling, and risk assessment.
  • Manage multiple cross-functional teams and projects across various sites and geographical locations.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, manage change effectively, and ensure accurate program information for stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance existing processes and streamline operations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management with a solid understanding of project lifecycles, scheduling, risk management, and conflict resolution.
  • Proven skills in Risk and Issue Management.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 6 Months (extendable to 1 year)
  • Rate: $75 CAD per hour
