En tant que Director of Data & Analytics, vous supervisez les équipes d'Ingénierie des Données et d'Intelligence d'Affaires, garantissant l'efficacité, la fiabilité et la sécurité de nos infrastructures et pipelines de données.

Rattaché(e) au CTO, vous managez une équipe de quatre personnes (2 ingénieurs de données et 2 analystes BI), les guidant vers l'excellence pour contribuer au succès de notre entreprise. Vos compétences en leadership et votre expertise technique seront cruciales pour maximiser l'exploitation de nos données, orienter les décisions stratégiques et améliorer notre efficacité opérationnelle.

Aussi, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'optimisation de l'intégration des données, du reporting et dans la supervision de la qualité des données dans toute l'organisation.

À mesure que l'entreprise se développe, vous serez au cœur de la gestion de nouveaux projets de données orientés produit et dans l'expansion de notre équipe data.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

• Collaborer étroitement avec les parties prenantes de tous les départements pour comprendre et traduire les exigences commerciales en solutions de données exploitables.

• Développer et exécuter la stratégie de données de Potloc.

• Diriger et encadrer la gestion des équipes d'Ingénierie des Données et d'Intelligence d'Affaires, en favorisant une culture collaborative et performante.

• Développer et maintenir une infrastructure de données robuste et des pipelines efficaces, fiables et évolutifs.

• Analyse approfondie des KPI pertinents de l'entreprise.

• Établir et appliquer des cadres de gouvernance des données et des protocoles de sécurité pour garantir l'intégrité et la conformité des données.

LES QUALITÉS REQUISES

• Expérience avérée (8+ ans) dans un rôle de leadership senior en ingénierie des données, en analytique ou dans un domaine connexe.

• Passion pour les données et capacité à identifier des schémas là où d'autres voient le chaos.

• Maîtrise des outils de données cloud modernes et des technologies d'entreposage (AWS, Snowflake, BigQuery, Tableau), et une capacité a en assimiler de nouveaux rapidement.

• Connaissance approfondie des principes de gestion des données, y compris la gouvernance, l'architecture et l'intégration des données.

• Capacité à relever des défis de données complexes avec créativité et ténacité, transformant les obstacles en opportunités.

• Expérience avérée dans la gestion d'une équipe de professionnels des données.

• Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité d'influencer et de collaborer efficacement à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.

• Maîtrise de l'anglais, le français est un atout.
