Join our team as a Receptionist and become the welcoming face of Nickel City Motors As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Your Role:
  • Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Process payments and invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer service.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with automotive products and services is an asset.
