Insight Global is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our client on a contract basis, local to Vancouver, BC. This is a 3-month contract opportunity that will require the successful candidate to work on-site, 40-hours per week. The successful candidate should possess 2-to-4-years of experience in a Project or Marketing Coordinator capacity. You will be supporting a team of Account Managers and Project Managers with their day to day activities providing call and documentation support, administrative support, and project/account management support. This will consist of administrative tasks including call note creation, proofreading, scheduling, and auditing to ensure a smooth flow of business. You will also bring excellent written and verbal communication skills to the team, in addition to a high attention to detail.

Must Haves

- 2 to 4 years of experience in a Project or Marketing Coordinator capacity

- Experience with Call and Documentation Support

- Create and detail accurate call notes, collect key data points and insights, assist in client report preparation

- Strong Administrative experience

- Assisted in tracking of project progress, updating of timelines, and managing project documentation

Plusses

- Experience working for a digital marketing agency

- Experience directly supporting Account Managers and Project Managers

- Experience working with project management software such as Asana, Trello or Basecamp
