Position Overview: For our client, as an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert guidance on all HR-related matters. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive employee engagement, retention, and performance. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, business acumen, and HR expertise, along with a passion for fostering a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnership: Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives, challenges, and talent needs, and provide strategic HR support and guidance to drive business success.
  2. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, conducting investigations, providing coaching and counseling, and recommending appropriate actions to address concerns and ensure fair treatment.
  3. Talent Management: Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and talent development, to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  4. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing change management expertise, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption.
  5. HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to promote fairness, equity, and consistency across the organization.
  6. Workforce Planning and Recruitment: Partner with business leaders to identify current and future talent needs, develop workforce plans, and lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  7. Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, including recognition programs, career development opportunities, and employee wellness initiatives.
  8. HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decision-making, identify trends and opportunities, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proven experience partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable HR solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • HR certification preferred.
