Salary: $20-26/h


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination all aspects of the delivery process, including scheduling, workforce management and order tracking.
  • Undertake deliveries during peak periods and as a backup driver.
  • Assist in the recruitment of delivery drivers and training of best practices.
  • Work closely with our drivers to ensure optimal and friendly delivery for our clients.
  • Monitor delivery performance and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Assist with customer complaints or delivery related issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and recruit potential restaurant members.
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new business clients and answer questions, including account creation and placing deliveries.


Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills (French is strongly desired).
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • Must be comfortable driving a 23-foot electric delivery van.
  • Possess a car in good working order.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a healthy obsession with customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Be open to working early mornings (6am)
