Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Digital Health Platform

Job Summary: The Senior Product Manager, Digital Health Platform will play a key role in the expansion and evolution of a Health Platform. This role is pivotal to the strategic direction and growth of the platform, aiming to provide users with a seamless, outcome-driven healthcare experience. Responsibilities include leading partnership initiatives, managing integrations, and continuously advancing the platform's vision.

Essential Responsibilities:

Individual Responsibilities:

  1. Health Platform Partnership Initiative Delivery (50%): Drive the successful delivery of health platform partnership initiatives by ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  2. Health Platform Partner Management (10%): Manage relationships with existing partners and establish new strategic alliances, ensuring smooth collaboration and service integration.

Shared Responsibilities:

  1. Health Platform Partnership Roadmap Planning and Prioritization (20%): Work closely with internal stakeholders to plan and prioritize the health platform partnership roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Health Platform Integration and Development (20%): Lead the continuous development and integration of the digital health platform, ensuring scalability, a seamless user experience, and alignment with business needs.

Job Duties:

  • Drive the development, prioritization, and implementation of digital health partnership opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external healthcare partners.
  • Identify, scope, and prioritize platform integration initiatives based on business value and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to create cross-functional platform service strategies.
  • Develop and execute detailed plans for platform service execution and integration across internal teams and third-party partners.
  • Provide thought leadership in identifying key players and growth opportunities within the health ecosystem.
  • Ensure an outstanding digital customer experience, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize member access to the health platform’s services.

Must-Have Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience, including digital product partnerships, platform development, integrations, or related roles.
  2. In-depth experience with platform services, integrations, and architecture.
  3. Proven experience in scaling services and solutions.
  4. Strong financial acumen and a business-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

  • Experience with implementing Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) is a bonus.

Education:

  • A university degree is required. An MBA or other business-related education would be beneficial. A background in engineering is preferred.

Decision Authorities:

  1. Lead the evaluation and business case development of potential health platform partnerships.
  2. Direct the planning and prioritization of the digital health partnership roadmap.
  3. Oversee the integration and development of the digital health platform, ensuring business alignment and seamless user experience.

Working Conditions:

  • No significant travel or physical labor required. Candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple competing priorities.

Additional Notes:

The ideal candidate will possess a solid mix of technical knowledge and the ability to interface effectively with third-party vendors. Strong negotiation skills, adaptability, and the capacity to read the room are crucial for success in this role.
