The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plant's operations. This includes managing production processes, ensuring quality control, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team of skilled professionals. The Plant Manager will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency, meeting production targets, and contributing to the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors, engineers, and production staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance.

Quality Control:
- Ensure all products meet or exceed quality standards and customer specifications.

- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Prepare and present regular financial and operational reports to senior management.
Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of the plant's long-term strategic plan.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the plant's operations.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve company objectives.
Customer Focus:
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to understand customer needs and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with tier 1 or 2 automotive suppliers.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification is ideal.
- Proven track record of managing plant operations, achieving production targets, and driving continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
