Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

  1. Contribute to the development of the plant's long-term strategic plan.
  2. Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the plant's operations.
  3. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve company objectives.

Customer Focus:

  1. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with key customers and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  3. Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to understand customer needs and expectations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  3. Experience with tier 1 or 2 automotive suppliers.
  4. Six Sigma Black Belt certification is ideal.
  5. Proven track record of managing plant operations, achieving production targets, and driving continuous improvement.
  6. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
  7. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
