Role Description

Regulatory Affairs Consultant for PCPA Registration – Contract-Based Role

Jingle Frog Ltd. is seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Consultant with expertise in Health Canada and the Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) to support our PCPA (Pest Control Products Act) registration process.

Key Requirements:

-Extensive experience in regulatory affairs related to PMRA and Health Canada.

-In-depth knowledge of PCPA regulations, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements.

-Proven track record in managing the end-to-end regulatory process, including dossier preparation, submission, and post-submission follow-up.

-Strong understanding of data requirements, risk assessment protocols, and regulatory documentation.

-Ability to liaise with regulatory authorities, address inquiries and expedite approval processes.

Work Arrangement & Compensation:

-Flexible, project-based engagement – no fixed working hours; task-based deliverables.

-Compensation is tied to workload and approval timelines, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
