How Will You Be Successful in This Role
  • Strategically Aligning Marketing Efforts: Effectively developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with tbk’s values and the business objectives. Ensuring all marketing initiatives drive towards a positive ROI for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all marketing clients within the division, providing strategic support and ensuring the achievement of their marketing goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the client's business objectives.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring their success and alignment with client objectives.
  • Lead and manage a select portfolio of tbk’s top tier marketing clients.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate extensively within the team and across departments to ensure a unified approach to client projects.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as client spending, profit margins, client retention rates, and team satisfaction, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Monthly reporting to the VP of Marketing with comprehensive reports on marketing performance, team performance, and strategic opportunities.
  • Optimizing the allocation of team resources and budgets to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Identifying skills gaps and team members wins to foster growth and development amongst the team.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops for the marketing team on the latest marketing technologies, creative thinking techniques, and industry best practices to encourage continuous learning and innovation.
Your skills and experience:
  • 10+ years of work experience in marketing, preferably executing marketing campaigns and strategies for at least 30 clients and experience working at a marketing agency for a significant portion of your career.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s level education in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant educational program.
  • Proven ability to lead marketing teams, create and execute new marketing strategies for clients and analyze data and trends to achieve campaign goals and KPI targets.
  • A strong portfolio with experience in digital marketing, digital advertising, email marketing, SEO, CRO, social media and more.
  • Deep experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, StackAdapt, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex marketing challenges and drive successful outcomes.
  • Solid grasp of business metrics and client objectives.
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Skills in identifying and resolving conflicts within the team promptly, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Exceptional skills of clear, concise communication across various channels, ensuring messages are understood and acted upon efficiently.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and direct a large team, ensuring all members are aligned with the company's goals and working cohesively towards them.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
